RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Every Squirrel food bag we make has been designed and manufactured to the highest standards to ensure when it hits your doorstep it’s ready for the kitchen. But if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you don’t need to worry.

You’ve got 30 days from receiving your purchase to return it back to us at our HQ, for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Before sending any items back, please contact our customer support team by email quoting your original order number and we will get straight back to you.

IS THERE A CATCH?

There’s no catch, all we ask is that if you are returning an item you ensure the following criteria is met prior to sending it back to us at our returns address below.

(1) The food bags are returned in their original packaging

(2) The food bags have not been used or damaged

(3) The customer returns form enclosed with your original delivery has been completed and enclosed

IT’S OUR FAULT NOT YOURS

Every food bag we send out has been quality checked, but in the rare event that you receive a faulty item, then we will ensure we exchange it straight away. Just send it back to us with its original packaging in an unused condition for inspection, and once we are satisfied that the food bag is faulty, we will send out your replacement straight away.

WHEN DOES IT GET HERE

So once you’ve placed your Squirrel order (great choice by the way) your food bags will be hand picked by our team and then packaged up straight away. We always aim to get every order despatched out within 24 hours of receiving it.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us letting you know your order is on its way. Your order delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected at the time of purchase.
